I am very fortunate to be able to perform the role as HR Advisor alongside my L&D role and now I am studying towards my CIPD Level 5 Award in Employment Law.Experienced in performance and absence management, resourcing and employee engagement & development.Having built up excellent relationships with the operational team in my training role already, I have confidently guided managers through complex and difficult ER issues whilst coaching and advising on individual case outcomes.Throughout the last 18 months, I have also taken on the role as local HR Employee Forum representative which has involved advising and guiding consultants through various HR processes and policies.Recent activity has included facilitating and supporting organisational design within the business including guiding approximately 370 managers and employees through local site closure.
