I write technical and marketing content that’s easy to read. Whether it's online help, user guides, whitepapers, blog posts, or social media, the key is to give the audience the information they need, when they need it. And to use the elements of story – context, motivation, and a goal – to make it interesting.The tools I use daily include MadCap Flare, Office 365 (Word, Teams etc.), and Wordpress. I'm also experienced with RoboHelp, Vasont/Arbortext Epic Editor XML, InDesign, Illustrator, FrameMaker, WebWorks, and Confluence. That said, I’m tool-agnostic and always excited to learn something new.
