Working with customers and partners to help ensure our customers’ success and growth with their KEY2ACT solution. This includes organizing consulting engagements and/or support assistance where needed, helping customers with renewing their annual maintenance as well communicating the latest Signature product information.

• Manage daily functions of first year through senior, 250-undergrads, three hall area
• Directly supervise six RAs and meet weekly one-on-one
• Allocate and track RA’s budgeting
• Adjudicate all conduct cases for the area
• Plan and facilitate weekly staff meetings and development opportunities
• Monitor and propose improvements for three residence hall facilities to foster a safe and well maintained environment

RA in First-year dorm – Must provide general assistance, activity development, peer-counseling/advising, administrative duties and uphold student conduct.

Working with residents, which are restless and have anxiety under the “sundowners” program.

Computer skills, product description, price checks, inventory organization

Working as an EMT on the ambulance providing medical care and transporting patients.
