Working with customers and partners to help ensure our customers’ success and growth with their KEY2ACT solution. This includes organizing consulting engagements and/or support assistance where needed, helping customers with renewing their annual maintenance as well communicating the latest Signature product information.

• Manage daily functions of first year through senior, 250-undergrads, three hall area• Directly supervise six RAs and meet weekly one-on-one• Allocate and track RA’s budgeting • Adjudicate all conduct cases for the area• Plan and facilitate weekly staff meetings and development opportunities • Monitor and propose improvements for three residence hall facilities to foster a safe and well maintained environment• Counsel students on personal, academic, vocational, and conduct matters• Campus duty for 14 halls and approximately 1200 students• Respond to emergencies and facilitate effective crisis management including formulating appropriate follow-up• Advise the service committee of twelve RAs• Collaborate with other departments regularly, including; Wellness/Counseling, Campus Ministry, Student Activities, and Campus Safety.• Administrative tasks in the Residence Life office; collateral work involving entering all the judicial data in Microsoft Access and filing student conduct information for the entire campus• Co-coordinate RA hiring and assist with Hall Director hiring

RA in First-year dorm – Must provide general assistance, activity development, peer-counseling/advising, administrative duties and uphold student conduct.

Working with residents, which are restless and have anxiety under the “sundowners” program.
