My education sets me apart from over 90% of the jewelry industry. I studied Gemology, Jewelry Design, Jewelry Manufacturing, CAD Jewelry design, custom Design, and Enameling at the Gemological institute Of America. GIA is the global leader in gemological research and is the most respected gemological laboratory in the world. They have been and continue to be entrusted with grading more gems than any other lab, including the Hope Diamond, the Taylor-Burton, the De Beers Millennium Star, and the Incomparable. After GIA, I studied at Sterling Quest, a jewelry art school located in the famous art colony of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. While studying at Sterling Quest, my classes were led by the very talented Billy King. There I began getting comfortable with the core skills of jewelry manufacturing, the same process the Egyptians used to create a ring for King Tutankhamen thousands of years ago. Billy King got me excited about jewelry fabrication early on, and this passion has only grown.
