Maintained print subcontract jobs such as large and grand formatted banners, flags, or other printable products that could not be printed in house for accounts across the nation for wholesale and retail customers. Created spreadsheets that would help control the turn around time on jobs for managers and sales reps to monitor to keep track of their custom orders. When creating purchase orders for current jobs, I had to manage what vendor it went to, what would be the best print process and to check the artwork received from the client to make sure it was usable artwork. Belonged to the New Products Group to help introduce new products our vendors would be offering. Belonged to the Software Team to help establish a new software system into the company and to train sales reps on how to properly use the system.
