-Served as main point of contact for pharmacy and graduate students' concerns/questions related to student services including career development, student activites, Orientation, student government (class & gov. officers), academic support/scholarships (2007-Feb. 2009) and any other non-academic related areas. -Organized and implemented annual Career Day, 2-day Orientation, Professional Development Seminars and Scholarship Celebration. -Advised 16 student organizations in the College of Pharmacy on topics of marketing, decision-making (fiscal & otherwise), event planning and membership. -Performed research, analyzed assessments, and prepared documentation for pre-accreditation Student Services subcommittee in anticipation of upcoming accreditation visit. -Developed career services curriculum for P1, P2, P3, and P4 students to provide career education appropriate for time in pharmacy school (career exploration, networking, job search, interviewing, etc.)-Served as liaison between the College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences and Campbell University Student Services for representation of students in the greater university arena.

-Assisted in the designing of the 2006 and 2007 National Community College Hispanic Council Leadership Program through application design, resource compilation, attendee recruitment and on-site assistance to the director. -Recruited academic administrators to attend The Department Chairs Institute, a training to provide professional development to those aspiring to the role of department chair.

-Advised students in the development of resumes and cover letters for full-time employment and internships. -Assisted in the implementation of a virtual Frequently Asked Questions system using Rightnow software to provide career services in a 24/7 model while also alleviating Career Counselor workload. -Provided support for the 1st College of Humanities and Health Sciences Internship Event.
