I seek to empower clients with knowledge and strategies that enhance their effectiveness, efficiency, and engagement. My approach is grounded in science, complimented with a deep understanding of business, and lived experience of being neurodivergent in the workplace over many decades. I believe that my work unlocks the innovative and creative thinking needed to navigate the volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environment for many organisations today. In addition to consulting and coaching, The Fabric is pioneering some exciting new products to support the growing needs of organisations in fostering neuroinclusivity. My vision is to establish The Fabric as a leader in optimising performance, neurodiversity, and neuroinclusivity in the workplace. In my previous role as Principal and Head of Delivery Practice at Beca, I led a team responsible for practice improvements, supporting 4000+ employees in project management. With a foundation in Agile methodologies and PMP certification, my approach blends analytical rigor with a passion for fostering collaborative, high-performance environments. My work modernised processes and technologies, implemented using robust change management techniques. Key achievements include leading the Amplify Delivery Strategy, enhancing the delivery culture, and crafting valued learning and development programs. Under my leadership, the Delivery Practice team achieved the highest engagement score across the company.Prior to this, I led diverse teams as a Project Manager and Consultant Hydrogeologist in NZ, Canada, Papua New Guinea, and Senegal. This experience founded my understanding of team leadership and service-based business.
