Human Resources Manager
CurrentReporting to the Executive GM NZ Forests as part of the NZ Leadership team and working closely with the Australian People team. The role is lead for NZ. Key areas of responsibility include:• Leading Wellbeing project for Forests• Collective Employment Bargaining• Management of employee relations, disciplinaries and investigations• Facilitated NZ Covid response• Training and Development• Leadership coaching and support• Managed organisation restructures and change processes including exits• Employee life cycle and EVP• Recruitment for all roles including Sawmill, professionals, senior leaders• Review, consultation and roll out of a Performance Appraisal System• Project work including; HRIS, Engagement Survey, Policy review• Created an online induction site in SharePoint enabling employees to lead their own paced learning
