About Jenny Van Workum

Experience working across both private and public businesses, I quickly develop rapport, establish needs, and seek to find pragmatic solutions. Diverse experience across transformational strategic projects including change, realignments, organisational restructures, wellbeing, leadership development, culture, training design and delivery, gender and diversity.I have deep experience across the HR remit, having worked in both operational, strategic, leadership, organisational development and consulting positions for over 25 years. My drive for variety has meant my career has spanned both transactional and transformational positions. Prior to joining OneFortyOne as NZ HR Manager within the Leadership team, I worked in OD focused roles both as a permanent employee and in my self-employed capacity.Throughout my career I enjoyed working across various sectors industries including Banking, Insurance, Consulting, Forestry, Fire & Emergency, Local Government and Iwi. I have a particular interest and strength in the areas of Leadership Development, Talent Management and Development, Wellbeing, Diversity and Inclusion. I work hard to build strong relationships so I can successfully partner with leaders. I am calm and pragmatic, seeking opportunities to make the complex simple and bring people along on the journey. I genuinely enjoy change and challenging my perspective. Having worked in NZ, London and now for an Australian business, change and ongoing learning are the only constants in life.
