My drive for variety has meant my career has spanned both transactional and transformational positions. Prior to joining OneFortyOne as NZ HR Manager within the Leadership team, I worked in OD focused roles both as a permanent employee and in my self-employed capacity.Throughout my career I enjoyed working across various sectors industries including Banking, Insurance, Consulting, Forestry, Fire & Emergency, Local Government and Iwi. I have a particular interest and strength in the areas of Leadership Development, Talent Management and Development, Wellbeing, Diversity and Inclusion.
