After leaving the corporate marketing and fitness field in 2018, I started to invest and flip real estate in the Greenville, SC area. My projects then lead to me to smaller design work such as kitchen and baths for others. My dad was an architect in SW Florida, but he taught me the importance sweat equity. I could see a house or space and picture exactly what needed to be done to make it more attractive, functional and updated. That is somewhat a blessing and a curse because my projects and ideas have me up in the middle of the night dreaming about all of the options at hand. My work is selective, full of risk, but also very thought through. Each house has a different set of challeneges that you can never really plan for, but in the end, the home is always a labor of love and even sometimes hard for to sell.  MangoFishI am excited to branch off into the vacation rental industry and my brother, Brian Rossa. Our family home, designed and built by my father, in Englewood, FL was damaged by hurricane Ian in Sept 2022. Sadly, my father passed away less than two months after the hurricane. Brian and I are determined to share mom and dad's legacy and our piece of paradise with others. Over the past year we went through numerous renos in order to fix the damage caused by the hurrice. Although I live in Florida, I have blessed to be able to travel back and forth frequently to manage the projects, as well as enjoy the sunshine.
