In this role I worked hand in hand with hiring managers from various industries to support their hiring needs. Including conducting interviews, skills testing and screening with recruited candidates to make sure that only the best applicants are dispatched in the positions that suit them. Each week processing payroll for all "temp" and "temp-to-hire" employees to ensure accuracy and correct payment method. Always with an eye out for top talent in the market I established partnerships with colleges for recruitment and attended job fairs and events for college recruitment.Supporting hiring needs both temp and project based as well as permanent employees. Working with a wide array of companies was an optimal way to learn hiring practices across the board.
