Multiple responsibilities including discipleship, worship and preaching.• Designed and planned a 5-day Journey to Justice & Peace program to be held this month with 150-200 attendees expected. Engaged government, education, church and nonprofits for sessions on multiple topics such as serving veterans, integrating refugees, and understanding systemic racism through Minidoka Japanese incarceration camps. • Developed small groups ministries including training over 100 leaders for the groups. • Led worship design team meetings, working with pastor and worship staff to plan long range series, goals and special worship elements with connection to the discipleship process.• Secured keynote speakers, breakout presenters, developed conference agenda and displays for the Northwest Leadership Institute conference, which annually had 250 attendees from churches all over the Northwest. • Planned and help to execute multiple women’s programs including annual retreat and winter gathering event. • Planned and led multiple mission trips.• Initiated and led training for GriefShare ministry working with lay and worship team.• Initiated and led “Awake to the Moment” antiracism initiative (with 400 attendees over a period of 9 months.

Taught Literacy and history to 5th-6th grade, integrating service learning and advocacy within the expeditions • During Mayan curriculum, taught songwriting and students recorded original songs, with proceeds donated to Bio Itza, an environmental group in Guatemala. • Facilitated service learning initiative where students went to Boise State to register voters on campus.

Developed a program where parent volunteers led modules into the community in multiple areas of service, the arts and other community engagement. Many community partnerships were created and sustained. • Created 12-15 modules per 6-week session (5-6 sessions per school year), partnering with various agencies including ANA, Boise Parks and Rec, the Arc, assisted living communities and Zoo Boise• Over 200 students and 60 parents participated each year.• The program received various state and national awards and recognition.• Developed “Sixth Grade Year Of Service” pairing 6th grade students with community partners and collaborating on a year long project to meet a community need.
