Supported the national Marketing and Communications team and regional offices through the implementation of campaigns, events and program marketing initiatives. Managed the inventory updates and distribution of the marketing materials for regional and national use. Managed regional budgets to ensure regions were on track with their target versus their expenditures.

Coordinated the direct marketing campaign for 2009. Maintained and frequently updated the donor databases. Provided the fundraising team with updated marketing tool kits and materials to help them achieve their fundraising goals. Managed and oversaw the volunteers assigned to the campaign for that season. Worked closely with the Director, Campaign to coordinate the committee meetings for the Campaign Cabinet for that year.

Worked closely with the Manager of Special Events and Marketing to execute special events both on and off campus. Our two person team managed events ranging from donor recognition events to large fundraising initiatives. Maintained interdepartmental and faculty relationships as well as external vendor and donor relationships.
