Oversee the infrastructure and facility operations of two warehouses in WNY for a successful ecommerce company. · Opened a 250,000 sq ft warehouse and designed the facilities to be operational and shipped over 200k packages successfully within the first year.· Ensure all necessary documentation and compliance with federal (OSHA), state, and local regulators.· Review and approve analysis and make recommendations for changes to compliance programs · Work with business function and legal to support the regulatory change management process· Developed, implemented and administered a preventative maintenance work order system for the facilities.· Manage over projects which include: Issue/review bidding invitation to contractors and obtain estimates from contractors, analyze the bids as to contractor ability and reliability. · Established staff orientation and education; training and competencies and performance review for OSHA and safety related requirements.

Princeton Financial Systems was a State Street subsidiary and I transitioned to this new role in 2004.● Served as liaison between multiple NJ/NY business units and State Street’s Boston office on various facilities related issues including security and disaster recovery.● Coordinated space planning and facilities-related issues for newly acquired State Street companies. Travelled regionally to meet on-site with executive management and staff from acquired firms to assist with adoption of company policy.● Managed project schedules, budgets, space planning, standards and policies, and site security.

Initially hired by PFS as Procurement Manager and took responsibility for facilities and telecommunications during my tenure.● Established, documented, and implemented new post-acquisition processes and procedures for facilities and procurement departments. ● Managed/directed the efforts of up to five reports within procurement and facilities departments in NY, NJ, and Windsor UK supporting 600 employees. ● Managed/coordinated engineers, architects, and real estate agents to build out data center locations in NJ. Negotiated vendor contracts.● Developed project and equipment roll-out schedules and plans for Market Data System.
