I also taught Shakespeare to high school students for Classic Stage Company & Atlantic Theatre Company. For Creative Arts Team, CASA Queens College, and for the Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival, I taught Theater to school-aged children. This was my first survival job after grad school. I served as the liaison between Rose and Mount Sinai Medical Center to meet their customer service real estate-related needs. I greeted clients in commercial and residential real estate by answering multiline telephone systems and emails. I assisted the General Manager with capital projects, including planning, organizing, and overall office management. While in graduate school, I work studied at PEPM. I helped the Program Manager with major events and lectures at Columbia University, welcoming high profile diplomats and international bankers from institutions like the World Bank. This was the first job that I can truly say, I developed professional etiquette and honed skills to become an effective administrator. While at the front desk, I greeted incoming students and their parents, and led prospective student housing tours. In just two years, I became a lead student assistant and became a member of the hiring committee. I supported the Contracts Manager & Accountants with various projects.
