Leading a team of 5 directs and a cross-functional team of 70 volunteers, I was responsible for driving engagement and best practice with our external journal editors to meet business objectives. Working across all Wiley businesses, I was responsible for embedding a culture of targeted and integrated content marketing across the business, ensuring use of customer personas, customer experience, SEO, customer journey and other modern marketing techniques to drive lead generation and reputation. I was also responsible for joining up our content.
