We've been boosting the physical and mental strength, capacity, and resilience of hardworking people nationwide since 2017.I started this service business because I believe personal development directly impacts professional development. During my years in corporate marketing, I always had a 'side hustle' - finding ways to help our team build physical and mental health, so we could all do our best work and enjoy the ride. (Yoga classes, meditation groups, goal-setting workshops, etc.) I started Zest full time in 2017 to bring my skillset to other companies - designing compelling programs that employees really want, finding aligned facilitators, and getting high engagement and ROI.

Grew the Product Marketing and Demand Generation teams from scratch at Narvar, a B2B2C e-commerce tech company. Worked directly with the CEO to create a compelling company narrative and presented alongside him to large brands like Nordstrom, Warby Parker, etc.

Reported to the CEO, responsible for all global marketing efforts. As employee #5, I was the youngest and only woman on the executive team for most of my time there. My role grew as the company did - in 5 years we grew to 300 employees, raised 5 rounds of funding, and grew revenue 30% QoQ. My favorite part of the job? Growing and supporting my team, professionally and personally. I hired and managed 15+ incredible marketers across our San Francisco and Amsterdam offices. I spoke at 30+ industry conferences and got comfortable in front of large audiences. (DoubleDutch was a VC-funded technology company that was acquired by Cvent in 2019.)

Early employee of The Medpedia Project, a company dedicated to improving access to high-quality, unbiased medical information. I wore many hats, but primarily focused on product and marketing. (Medpedia was part of Ooga Labs, a tech incubator founded by entrepreneur/investor team, James Currier and Stan Chudnovsky.)

Ran team sports programming for young girls in Cusco, Peru. This required hands-on program management in Spanish, fundraising, and collaborating with locals to expand program impact in a culturally aligned way. (GSW is now a part of the Peruvian, women-owned organization, Fundación Flama.)

Was first invited to be a Brand Ambassador due to my visibility in DC as a Group Fitness Instructor. I then joined full-time to design and implement grassroots marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness locally. Resulted in such high local demand that they opened 3 retail locations in 1 year.

Taught weekly group fitness classes at Georgetown University's onsite gym. Focused on indoor cycling, resistance training, and step aerobics.
