• Responsibilities
• Manage daily administrative and financial operations of Lahey Institute of Urology at NH locations
• Oversight of all site operations of multiple specialty practice locations
• Responsible for job performance and conduct annual evaluations of support staff
• Create and maintain relationships between Lahey Hospital and Medical Center and local community hospitals in the same demographic area, vendors and other external clients
• Manage physician outpatient schedule and operating room schedule

• Reporting activities through database systems, in order to appropriately route uninsured patients to Financial Counseling for advisement on potential financial assistance
• Work with senior administration in regard to Charity Care at Lahey Clinic.
• Report to Directors and VP with statistics regarding team performance
• Day to day interaction with patients in regard to financial assistance requests
• Direct communication with clinic staff (physicians) in order to coordinate care for uninsured patients. Conduct communication of policies and procedures, delegate work assignments, reviews performance and disciplines.
• Direct communication with clinic staff (physicians) in order to re-route care for patients whose insurance was out of network
