- Responsible for all steps associated with the identification, placement and management of IT professionals. - Foster lasting relationships with both clients and IT Professionals within the East Tennessee marketplace.- Develop strong communication channels with internal and external clients, hiring managers, and Human Resource representatives. - Identify and understand client business initiatives and challenges as they relate to their technical environments and hiring initiatives. - Provide “World Class Service” to technical professionals and clients by earning their respect, acting with professionalism, expressing the highest sense of urgency and excellent follow up.- Responsible for management and development of Recruiters to help build in-depth market/industry expertise as well as strong alignment to the core values of the organization. - Effectively utilize coaching model (Teach, Show, Observe, & Verify) to guide recruiting staff toward hitting expected business metrics and ultimate success within the industry.
