Jennifer Robinson (she/her/hers) is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Ohio Department of Veterans Services. She is a human resources leader and inclusion professional with over 20 years’ experience. As the CHRO for ODVS, Jennifer oversees multiple areas, including professional development, policy, strategy, DEI, training, labor relations and workers’ compensation. She also has career experience in mental health, risk management, leadership development, accreditation, and business operations. Jennifer has a bachelor’s degree in psychology (Capital University) and a master’s in business administration (Franklin University). She is a Grief Recovery Specialist, trained in Change Management and Adaptive Leadership, Strategic Leadership, and certified in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace. She is a past Board of Directors member of the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio, focusing on DEI connections to Human Resources, and workforce readiness. Jennifer is a strong and intuitive business partner with ability to recommend, design, and implement initiatives. She has led small to medium size businesses in the non-profit and government sector, based locally, across multiple states and nationwide.
