As a leader in Student Administration and Services Aarhus University my responsibility includes Student Grants and Loans, Special Education Support and Dual Career programmes.

I have the responsibility to make AU Dual Career at Aarhus University a strong and visible advisory and support system for elite athletes (AU Elitesport) and entrepreneurs (AU Iværksættere) at Aarhus University. AU Elitesport promotes a dual career strategy amongst elite athletes by strengthening their possibilities to initiate and complete a higher education at Aarhus University without compromising their sporting ambitions. By improving the educational opportunities, AU Elitesport too enhances the elite sport environment in the university's catchment area. Since 2015, AU Iværksættere helps entrepreneurs at Aarhus University to continue their studies alongside building their own possible future through promising startups or development of business ideas from research. AU Iværksættere is operating the dual career support and approval procedure and by that too helping the community around Aarhus University to be more educated, vibrant and entrepreneurial. Dual Career at Aarhus University is all about 'not loosing talent'.

AGF is a sports club consisting of 7 departments and also several sports projects, all of which have the main board as the supreme body.

I work mainly with elite athletes and their terms of career planning. With a strong focus on dual career strategy amongst elite athletes and an ambition the ambition is to strengthen the possibilities for elite athletes to initiate and complete a higher education without compromising their sporting ambitions.In addition, I am involved in "strategic promotion of sport and physical activity." The built-in assumption is the correlation between sport, physical activity, health and quality of life.

I assist the EU Commission in evaluating and choosing research and innovation projects and consortia on sport and health within the Work Programme 2013 (Cooperation - Health). EU research in the field of health promotion should aim to identify, develop and better understand innovative approaches to reduce sedentary behaviour and enhance the level of physical activity in the population.

The student should acquire knowledge and versatile skills in Handball specifically designed to connect the theoretical knowledge of the discipline to its practice field. Linked to this, the student should be able to use different teaching principles and methods related to planning, implementation and evaluation of teaching.The course works with the game's technical, tactical, physical and social aspects - based on the game's special features and options.Through exercises and games, the course focuses on student learning of technical and tactical skills of their own. In the drafting of synopsis for student teaching emphasis is on a professionally-organized educational instruction.

Med projektet DGI Underground er det hensigten at sikre, at DGI fortsat skal være en førende aktør i organiseringen og udviklingen af idrætten i fremtidens Danmark. Hermed forstås implicit, at der med Underground skal skabes en ny (ungdoms)platform i DGI, der har evnerne, nærværet og attituden til at understøtte såvel de etablerede som de spirende idrætslige ungdoms(sub)kulturer i deres jagt på aktivitetsudvikling, organisationsudvikling og anerkendelse.

Projektet AGF Hercules og Afrodite Sport, som blev etableret i 2002, ønsker at lave idrætsoplevelser for overvægtige børn og unge med henblik på at skabe og styrke både idrætsglæde og selvværd hos deltagerne. Siden har projektet gennemgået en lang, vanskelig og massiv udvikling og er i dag en fast bestanddel af foreningens udbud af idrætstilbud grundet en økonomisk aftale med Århus Kommune. Projektet har i flere omgange undervejs modtaget økonomisk støtte af Kulturministeriet, Århus Amt og Århus Kommune, ligesom det har været genstand for adskillige forskningsrelaterede studier.

Projektet, Move On blev oprettet med henblik på etablering og udvikling af foreningsbaserede idrætstilbud til overvægtige børn og unge i alle de 10 fynske kommuner. Desuden efteruddannede projektet instruktører og foreninger i forhold til at varetage de respektive idrætstilbud.
