At Atteno, which later was bought by Guava, I worked with our e-mail platform focused on e-mail retention. I started out working with projects for clients, but I got more and more involved with developing the product. So I got experience with both working with clients, but also the development of systems to support our clients.My years at Atteno and Guava really developed my skillset to understand the world of customer retention and how systems and solution are built.
