Legal Director at Intrum Group, working primarily with investments in non-performing loans, M&A, financing, IT and other commercial agreements in various countries in Europe where Intrum is present. Highlights:* Head of investments (legal) within the Intrum Group* Lead in-house counsel in several M&A and investment deals in European countries, both as sole investor and in co-investments.* Main responsible for and has assisted in the majority of all group financing matters, including work relating to refinancing of two revolving credit facilities totalling EUR 2bn, issuance of several EUR bonds ranging between EUR 200-850m each and work relating to a SEK 10bn Swedish medium term not program.* Legal lead for Group IT matters, including being part of and secretary in the Group IT Committee, part of the tactical commercial team for some of the group's largest external IT suppliers as well as the group's Cloud Strategy Project.* First point of contract in group legal matters in Spain and Italy, two of Intrum's largets markets.

General corporate legal counsel assisting in with various matters in all Nordic countries Dustin operates in, including assisting Dustin’s General Counsel in group corporate matters and regulatory issues. Highlights: • Main responsible for development and maintenance of Dustin’s group-wide Contract Management Process., incl. drafting and negotiating commercial sales and procurement contracts. • Developed and launched Dustin’s group-wide M&A Integration Playbook as well as Dustin’s M&A transaction structure.• Has assisted in the majority of Dustin's M&A transactions, acting both as a buyer and a seller.
