Responsible for Sysmex ICS installations in the customers IT environment:Installation:- Installations of Sysmex software solutions- Installation of IT hardware- Secure remote access to customer installations- Coordinate and communicate with Sysmex Product Specialists about patient related validation and workflow - Establish on-line communication with Laboratory Information System (LIS)- Documentation of system setting- Hotline service remote and at customer site- Work with customer installations remotely- Telephone support- Cooperate with PS concerning upcoming workflow and validation issues

• Taking requirement management responsibility for existing and new software products for the IT in automated laboratories (laboratory solution IT tools and automation software products) through the whole software development process as part of the product life cycle, incl. requirement documentation, transfer of business requirements into functional product requirements, organisation of the requirements review process, handover to development coordination, cooperation with the test team, support for product documentation and close cooperation with the product management in the EMEA region• Receiving market/business requirements for new and existing software products and their translation into functional product requirements for the software development team• Assuming responsibility for clarity, completeness and validity of therequirement documentation• Managing risks for medical devices according to DIN EN ISO14971• Communicating closely with product management• Supporting our test team in designing test cases for software testing• Supporting our product management with software releases

• Preparation, execution and analysis of software and complex system tests in laboratory automation environments• Design of appropriate test cases• Execution of pre-defined test cases and regression tests• Self-dependent analysis of test results and solution-oriented issue reporting• Documentation of test scenarios according to international quality standards for medical device software (IEC 62304) and medical devices (ISO 13485)• Close communication with requirement engineers, product managers, developers and product specialists to develop a sound understanding of the relevant customer and system Workflows
