It is also home to a collaborative family of nonprofits sharing one campus, resources and expertise.- Turnaround of 120 year old non-profit, Providence Place, within 9 months of closing its doors in 2002 , net income increased from ($325,000) to a positive high of $707,000 - Created innovative concept for collaboration with 5 nonprofit partners, including San Antonio Food Bank, generated $1.3 million in revenues, $2.5 million in capital campaign funds, and annually served 595 women, children and young adults with disabilities- Coordinated and communicated one year re-branding effort with board, team and key stakeholders resulting in unanimous Board approval of new name and re-positioning institution to double fundraising budget within 5 years.- Implemented successful capital campaign with feasibility study and needs assessment raised $7.3 million for facilities renovations and $1.7 million in endowment funds.- Established cash reserve to eliminate short-term borrowing through intentional deposits of excess cash and bequest gifts grown from $175,000 to $1.6 million in 2014- Lead a team of architects, engineers, board, employees, partners and clients in development of $26 million master plan for 25 acre campus aligned with strategic plans to integrate existing structures with new facilities, enhance flow, communication and efficiency, improve maintenance and infrastructure, and achieve overall operational economy
