I have a passion for creating space where people can experience big transformations through personal and professional development. With 20 years of experience in health care technology firms, I've led teams to achieve big sales goals and build relationships with premier clients, and then created learning programs to teach these skills on a large scale. Over time, I noticed that the skills many of my colleagues and peers were hungry to develop weren't related to negotiating bigger contracts or selling products faster. Many expressed a desire to become a better communicator of ideas, a more powerful influencer in conversation, a more compelling and collaborative voice in difficult situations at work and at home. So I started Boundless Horizon LLC, and now work individually as a coach, and in small groups as a facilitator of leadership development programs. My clients have described me as a connector, a deep listener, a lover of curious questions, a graceful challenger, and a champion of people.
