Hire and over see photographers, stylists, set designers, hair, makeup, manicurists and production teams.Work closely with the video department to help capture important moments at each shoot. Oversee the yearly budget. Manage a department of nine. Work with editors and the art department to conceptualize ways to illustrate the magazine.Manage activations as music festivals including Governors Ball, Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo, Billboard Music Awards, Life is Beautiful and Billboard Latin Conference.
