I am the Group Commercial Director of OSB Group PLC with responsibility for M&A, Capital Markets, InterBay Asset Finance and Heritable Residential Development Finance. I joined the bank as Chief Risk Officer in 2012 following its recapitalisation by JC Flowers.Prior to joining OneSavings Bank I was the Chief Risk Officer of the Asset Protection Agency. Before that I worked for management consultants Oliver Wyman and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark.
