About Jens Becker

I generally love to design, develop, create, build, execute and deliver. What? Everything I can... How? With empowered autonomous DevOps teams and in a true agile mindset. I'm currently responsible for software development for all transversal systems like input management, workflow (BPM), access systems (IAM), archive, customer master data, cash management systems, BI/data and output management as well as for the IT for IT project portfolio. As those topics are transversal and a leaver for digital transformation my teams and I are keen to accelerate delivery of high quality software. This is done with a mixture of exiting and challenging visions, a humble respect of the teams und as much role model behavior as possible. At the end it's about having fun, love the work and being proud of our achievements.
