Participating in educating the adult and young Danes who - for one reason or another - have not followed the straight path through the Danish Educational System.This incorporates working towards goals like the one from 2015 - that 95 % of the young adults in Denmark by the age of 25 shall have an education that enable them to participate in higher education or having a position as a skilled worker.Another goal is to give the many with low reading, writing and mathematics skills the opportunity to do something about that - whether it is because their current or future employment demand it, because they want to be able to help their children with their home work or because they just want to do some thing about it.Still another goal is to give adults the opportunity to study the subjects they are interested in - voluntarily but with exams and tests to keep the quality high.Specialties: Educational leadership, IT management, communication, educational planning and so on.
