Heading up the Infrastructure department at SverigesRadio.The department consist of two different product areas (Infrastructure & Sound distribution), there are 6 different team and 55 people. My department manages the entire Infrastructure at SverigesRadio and are responsible for platforms, network, servers, storage systems, etc., etc.We are on a technical journey from traditional infrastructure and are moving towards a container based infrastructure and at the same time preparing for cloud deployments.

Responsible for all Infrastructure related activities within Nasdaq in the EMEA & APAC regions and are managing a organisation that consists of 38 persons that are divided in five different teams.My organisations responsibility is to maintain the existing server and network infrastructure we have in the EMEA & APAC regions and also to implement and execute on our effort to move different systems to the cloud.The organisation is spread out in five countries and a total of six different locations.

Heading up the Network Engineering group at Nasdaq in Stockholm. Managing a group of 13 engineers who have responsibility for all Nasdaq networks within the EMEA region.

Responsible for the Infrastructure parts in a huge project to move all NASDAQ’s infrastructure from its primary data center in Europe to a new data center. In this expanded role I was also responsible for managing a few contractor Project Managers. Plans, monitors and manages projects from initiation through to completion. Utilizes resources, and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes. Manages projects to ensure it meets the business requirements, internal or external stakeholders are satisfied and it meets the project plans obligations regarding specifications, quality, costs and timeframes.Responsibilities:- Manages, plans, monitors and administers a large project independently to ensure client/internal customer satisfaction.- Utilizes and manages resources and coordinates effectively with stakeholders and colleagues.- Ensures the project plan obligations are met regarding specifications, quality, costs, timeframes, etc.- Manages IT projects such as systems integration, systems architecture, new product development or custom systems development, utilizing established Project Management methodologies.- Delivers project management responsibilities within a matrix environment.- Delivers and completes simultaneous projects of varying complexity according to standards, meeting or exceeding expectations- Manages projects for multi-faceted delivery

Technical Account Manager Senior Specialist for the ITIL based networking service within NasdaqOMX on a world-wide basis.As a Technical Account Manager Senior Specialist I am overall in charge of the Service (ITIL based) in a life cycle perspective within the NasdaqOMX Service Catalogue. Works mainly with economics, development, profitability and maintenance of the Service based on a business and external market perspective.Responsibilities- Manage the Service life cycle.- Profit and loss.- Budgeting for the Service and follow-up.- Creation of the “Service plan”.- Creation and collection Service material.- Service allocations- The requirements of the Service and secure that routines and processes concerning the service are working smoothly.- Creating cost price calculation for the Service.- Case studies for decision material for changes of the Services.- Create necessary marketing material/ documents regarding the service.- Profitability analysis for the service.- Follow up and analyse quality, SLA, KPI etc of the service

Gave technical sale support to internal and external sales person all over the Nordic region, assists them with network design, planning and installation of D-Link´s network product such as Switches, Routers, Firewalls and WiFi products.- Competitive analyse and competitor evaluations to find advantages with D-Link products compared to the offering from competitors.-Deeply involved in getting request from customers presented to D-Link engineering in Taiwan to implement new features in products.- One big task over this year have also been the vast numbers of workshops that I have been responsible to create, this is usually one day activates where we gather 10-20 engineers from resellers and/or customers and did an hands-on workshop where the participants got the possibility to complete a set of exercises on different products.In my role I was also deeply involved in all major deals in the Nordic region from beginning to end of the project, this work includes evaluating the tenders, replying to the tenders and give presentation on our solution to the customer.The last year I worked as a Technical Account Manager with same objectives as before but also with more customer focus and I were also responsible for some larger technical demanding accounts.

Gave technical support to engineers at Alcatel´s Business Partners all over the Nordic region, assists them with troubleshooting, network design, planning and installation of Alcatel´s data switching products. Over the years I have also been involved in providing engineering with information about new features required by customers and then later been involved with the beta testing of this new features. Another task was to assist internal and external sales people in any questions they might have regarding the product portfolio, this could be anything from simple questions to complex tenders.

Worked with installation and troubleshooting of network equipment from different vendors (Alcatel, Fore Systems, Avaya and Cisco). The last year I worked for this company I also was the product specialist for the Xylan/Alcatel product range. I was also responsible for developing a documentation standard that the company today uses when they sell documentations services of networks that they have sold to customers. I also held a lot of trainings for this company’s customer, product training for the network people on the customer.

Worked with installation and troubleshooting of network equipment from different vendors (Fibronics, Fore Systems and Cisco).In December 1997 I and a sales person spent two weeks in training in the US on Fore System products and after that training I passed the certification test to become a Fore System ATM specialist. Over the years I worked for this company I also developed a computer based support system where an engineer enter what they have done and the financial department takes out billing information.

Installed and repaired PC´s, servers, printers and network equipment at this IBM dealer, the last 1½-2 years I more and more started to work with network equipment such as routers, bridges and hubs from both IBM and Cisco. The last year I worked for this company I was responsible for the technical department (8 persons) at the office in Stockholm while the technical manager was placed at the main office in Gothenburg.This company was a merge of several other companies including Ord&Data, so it is actually continue of the employment that I had at Ord&Data.
