I am a highly experienced Project Manager, with a 20 year track record of managing projects and launching new products within industrial product development.I am currently a Project Manager within product development and product upgrades at VELUX. I have held this position since 2010, where I began my VELUX journey as a part time Project Manager and part time development engineer (50/50). Since 2015 I have been a full time Project Manager, managing mainly stage-gate projects with budgets from 2 - 15 million DKK.Prior to joining VELUX, I was Project Manager of a cross-disciplinary nano-technology project at Fibertex A/S. Here I coordinated joint R&D activities between Aalborg University, Aarhus University, and Fibertex.I hold a Master degree in Physics from Aarhus University. Also, I am a certified Psychotherapist and Coach. Today, this extra competence aids me in understanding, driving, and motivating teams and individuals. I typically have the responsibility to make teams perform in a project context for 1-2 years at a time.
