- Review, Analyze, and Underwrite potential Mortgage Investments on behalf of the Investment Fund based on Mortgage Investment Policies- Manage the approval and funding process of new Mortgage Investments- Manage current Mortgage Investments within my Portfolio- Oversight and management of departmental compliance with Provincial Regulators- Ongoing Communication with clients and stakeholders- Assist with the development of department procedures- Facilitate the process to expand Fisgard's lending operations across Canada- Prepare daily reports relating to the Mortgage Investment Department

- Prepare new mortgage applications for review by Underwriters- Provide insight and analysis on new mortgage applications- Coordinate the Approval process- Instruct and Fund new Mortgage Loans- Manage ongoing communication and administration on existing Accounts- Additional Administration tasks as required
