About Jens Damgaard

Strategi- og forretningsudvikling. Jeg arbejder indenfor forretningsudvikling, salg og entreprenørskab. Jeg er uddannet B.Sc., stud. M.Sc. i Positiv Psykologi og har en lederuddannelse fra bl.a. Nordisk Solar. Desuden har jeg praktisk erfaring fra flere års lederkarriere og medlem af direktionen samt mere end 10 års erfaring som chefkonsulent og underviser på bl.a. Aarhus Universitet, Qant og Sales Excellence. Jeg arbejder primært med rådgivning af erhvervsvirksomheder – herunder design af udviklingsprocesser samt strategier, salg og ledelsesforhold på operationelt og taktisk niveau. Udarbejder løbende undervisningsprogrammer og træning. Yderligere er jeg til daglig rådgiver og sparringspartner for flere direktører og entreprenører samt tilknyttet AU Forskning og Eksterne Relationer.
