As a Business Controller I was part of the management team of a Section at H&M Global Buying Office. I was responsible for setting, follow-up and constantly adjusting sales goals and working methods for the Section. The role puts a lot of emphasis on method development, strategy development, team motivation and business analysis in order to optimize product development, sales and profitability.In addition to my responsibilities at my Section I was also having a central role in the overall development of controlling methods, decision-making models and controlling tools for the Buying Office.
