Jens Donig is a Principal Consultant for Systems Engineering at the HOOD Group. The focus of his consulting activities are in the areas of requirements engineering, agile software development processes and integrated application lifecycle management (ALM). For many years he worked intensively with the analysis and design of ALM workflow. Jens uses model-based methods to bridge the gap between abstract high-level processes and the actual flow of work. He coaches teams that deliver software and services around Microsoft TFS to various industries. He engages in advancing the state of the art in ALM. Jens is recognized as experienced consultant. He is a frequent speaker at European software conferences, and coauthor of the book “Perfekte Softwareentwicklung”. Together with Dr. Martin Kuenzle he invented the method of Value-oriented Practices (v-o-p).
