Responsible for the Global Marketing of all lining solutions in the loading and hauling business line (Rubber, Poly-Cer, Poly-Met & Steel) targeting mining and aggregates customers. I worked closely with the product management in Sweden, Finland and Australia, the HQ in Helsinki, and the local marketing area offices worldwide to reach the rich and differentiated plethora of customers, from small quarries to huge mining plants. I was responsible for successfully launching the Metso Truck Body at the Bauma tradeshow in Munich in 2019 and the subsequent follow-up campaigns afterwards.I was also an integral part of the global customer journey team, where Marcom-people from all over the organisation gathered to improve Metso's communication with existing and presumptuous customers and key stakeholders.After the merger between Metso and Outotec, I took for a few months on the role of Creative Manager and helped out in the establishment of an internal creative agency called "Content Studio" before returning to my role as Global Marketing Manager for the loading and hauling business line.

Responsible for Marketing & Communications within Diakrit's biggest market – the Nordic Countries, with Sweden, where the company originates from, being the biggest market. With headquarters based in Bangkok, Diakrit supplies the real-estate industry with Cloud-based software, 2D & 3D floor plan services, professional photo services, property slideshows, high-end 3D visualizations, flythrough animations, Virtual Reality and much more. I worked a lot with identifying and developing marketing material that could be used to improve sales performance, such as presentations, e-mails, brochures, videos, case studies and showcase demos. I was responsible for setting up and monitoring the local Nordic Social Media accounts (i.e. Facebook and Instagram). The annual Customer Satisfaction Report was another of my responsibilities. Internally I was focusing on improving our internal communication between our local offices and the head office in Bangkok as well as between the different departments resulting in a better workflow.For me coming to Diakrit was kind of "going full circle" whereas I was back to working with imaging and visualization – but in combination with my wast experience in marketing and communications.
