I am currently working as a Payroll Case Resolution Supervisor at Allegis Group, a leading staffing and workforce solutions company. My core competencies include overseeing end-to-end time capture and expense process, achieving excellence in operations through auditing, and serving as an escalation point for complex inquiries and issues.In my current role, I support a team of 10 to find resolution to payroll cases for multiple U.S. State regions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll activities for the contractors deployed in the area. I also oversee and process time keeping/invoicing vendors such as Fieldglass, Beeline, ADP, IQN, Peoplesoft, and Kronos, using my data entry and Excel skills, such as VLOOKUP, to maintain company records and optimize tracking software.
