I am passionate about improving and scaling data flows, empowering organizations to derive useful insights from big data, and continuously learning more about this field.As a Data Analyst/Report Developer at Simantel, I ran marketing and recruitment reporting for regional and global clients, including a Fortune 100 company. I contributed to the development of new methods of predictive analysis, streamlined ETL procedures, built custom reports using Tableau and R, and trained and advised team members on data analysis and visualization tools. I also have experience using SQL, Alteryx, Power BI, Power Query, Excel/VBA, various project and content management systems, and stakeholder management.I have a master's degree in Strategic Communication and a bachelor's degree in Public Relations from the University of Oklahoma, where I graduated magna cum laude. My graduate thesis involved planning and implementing a public relations research campaign for Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma. I also have minors in Enterprise Studies and Management Information Systems.
