• Leveraged advanced data science techniques to analyze and visualize genomic data, characterizing features of 70 standard cancer research cell lines for presentation on an interactive online dashboard.• Developed and implemented an automated 15-step genomics pipeline using state-of- the-art workflow management software. Deployed on high-performance computing cluster to process over 10 TB of genomic data, optimizing resource utilization with more than 6,000 node hours across three different clusters.• Designed, evaluated, and deployed scalable data toolchains on HPC infrastructure for the analysis of on noisy genomic data, filling a critical gap in existing benchmarks.• Demonstrated strong presentation and communication skills by sharing project findings at four conferences focused on high-performance computing, within the lab team, and for course credit. These presentations not only improved my presentation skills but also facilitated knowledge sharing among interdisciplinary teams.
