Led projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation. Projects I was involved include:1. Putting up the world's first 3D holographic Bus Shelter Advertisement with our partner JCDecaux Cityscape for the DBS ad campaign2. Installing the system for the Lancôme New Genifique APAC Campaign in HK & Macau3. Orchestrate the deploymeny of more than 30 holographic systems in HKTDC Centrestage 2019 and Watch & Clock Fair 2019

I was responsible for developing and executing Business Development strategies for a newly patented 3D Holographic Imaging System. I led a team of five and worked closely with Co-founders and senior salespersons. I joined ARTRO just before the launch phase and faced many challenges due to resource limitations. I leveraged LinkedIn Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, and intensive market research for fast growth hacking. Successes included growing a solid client database with 1000+ corporate contacts across different industries in 6 months from scratch, maintaining the ratio of inbound to outbound leads at 50% to maximize the effect of automation.
