Managing Director and owner of FSS AS (short for Fire Safe and Simple). FSS AS is a product development and investment company, and owner of FSS Solutions AS, FSS Tre AS and CnC Cable AS, and previously shareholder and co-founder of Securo AS. These are all companies in which I have been involved from the start-up. FSS Solutions AS is the consultancy company, mainly within fire safety and technical safety. FSS Tre AS is developing fire safe constructions of wood materials. Securo has proven successful with some 15 years delivering patented solutions for fire safe ventilation of air while instantaneously blocking any fire (www.securo.no), now part of the German svt Group. CnC is a patented plug free cable that has yet to reach the marked. Since 2002 I have also been studying and working within safety engineering; with a bachelor degree in Fire Safety, a Master degree in Offshore Safety and Risk Management, working with Firewater Protection Systems, Fire Safety Advisor within onshore constructions, and mostly with Technical Safety within Oil and Gas Industry.Through a total of 5 years in FPE (vendor of firewater systems such as deluge systems, firewater monitors etc.) I gained detailed and hands-on multidiscipline knowledge from engineering and down to component levels, design and assembly. Through 7 years in Aker Solutions MMO I have been working as technical safety engineer on Aker Solutions contracts with Vår Energi, Shell and BP. In 2014 I had the role both as deputy engineering lead and discipline lead technical safety on the BP Crestal Gas Lift project for Valhall IP. In Aker Solutions I also work as a review leader for different sorts of safety reviews covering both design, risk and installation reviews. Maintenance experience by working with development of Performance Standards and maintenance planning of safety critical equipment for the Martin Linge platform, through IKM Operations with Total EP Norway. Some subsea engineering from 1,5 year consultancy for the Maria field development project in Wintershall.
