Christopher C. Jensen, Esq. was the President and partner at TrustPoint International based in Washington, DC and was the original founder of the parent company Excelerate Discovery, LLC. TrustPoint was a global legal solutions company that specializes in services required in every stage of discovery.CJ founded the company from his basement in early 2009 and grew the company to over $60M in revenue before departing in August 2013. Though the company was created during the recession caused by the banking crisis, the company doubled in size every year, created new service lines and revenue streams every single year and grew to have a presence in 13 locations all over the country – from Atlanta to San Francisco to New York to Ohio. In 2012, the completion of the company’s acquisition of Black Letter Discovery, a managed review company based in California with revenues of almost $20M. CJ played a critical role in the identification, the hiring and the management of professionals in every aspect of the business from sales, recruiting, technical staff, and case management.TrustPoint’s offerings included: data forensics, data collection, media restoration, data processing, hosted online review, dedicated contract attorney review teams, project management, production, 24/7 client support services, scalable and customizable ESI repositories, and consulting services. On the consulting side, they became a valued resource for our law firm and corporate clientele on issues ranging from retention policies to records management to discovery. Their expertise in attorney review helped law firms and corporations create efficiencies within their document productions through the skilled implementation of outsourcing, process management and technology. The results were the highest quality reviews done with assured judicial defensibility that resulted in massive costs savings for their clients.

During my tenure at Hudson, I was awarded as a top individual sales producer for the Legal Division four times where I originated $7.5M to $12M in revenue each year. Further, I was awarded the Chairman's Award in 2005 after re-opening the Washington, DC office and growing it from $2M to $32M in revenue. I was thrice promoted in my tenure at Hudson. I was hired as Business Development Director and promoted to Managing Director of Washington, DC in 2004. In 2005, I was promoted to Regional Vice President and started several field offices that were responsible for another $20M in revenue. In 2007, I was promoted to Senior Vice President. In that role, I was responsible for creating and running Hudson's Discovery Solutions practice and was also charged to head up the day to day operation of all twelve of their branch offices in North America.
