At Santa Cruz Bicycles, I serve as the Web Content Administrator, where I lead the digital execution of product launches and manage the web content for both Santa Cruz and Juliana Bicycles. I ensure that our online presence reflects the quality and innovation of our brands by overseeing content updates, managing complex digital projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Oversee new product introductions and website updates for Santa Cruz and Juliana Bicycles, ensuring seamless execution across all digital platforms.Lead web-related aspects of high-value digital projects, including website migrations like our transition from Drupal to Prismic.Perform regular site maintenance, ensuring product and brand information is up-to-date and accurate, working closely with teams like Rider Support and Product.Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Design, and other departments to gather essential information for upcoming digital campaigns and launches.Identify, document, and resolve website issues, working with Web Development and Design teams on improving site functionality and user experience.Manage the translation process of web content for various regional locales, ensuring smooth coordination with European marketing teams for accurate and efficient translations.Analyze website performance and provide data-driven recommendations for future digital projects.Create and implement Meta Ads for key digital marketing campaigns to boost product visibility and engagement.In this role, I’m committed to enhancing user experience, ensuring that our websites showcase our brand's passion for performance, quality, and innovation in the cycling industry.
