1. Airlines Partnership (Loyalty) •Identify, evaluate, and partner with world-leading airlines to maximize value and benefits to Juneyao Air, Juneyao Air Club program, and members; (e.g. United Airlines, Air Canada, Eva Air, All Nippon Airways, Singapore Air, Air China, Shenzhen Airlines, Finnair, Sichuan Air, Turkish Airlines and China Eastern)•Enunciate partnership value to partners and negotiate terms of and execute partnership contracts;•Coordinate completion and launch of partnership from end to end, including completion of contractual agreement/reviews with Legal, liaison on finance setup, and system setup with IT for implementation;•Cooperate with the marketing team to develop marketing content and campaigns;•Handle and oversee resolution of servicing issues faced by partners and customers;•Network and build strong relationships with respective partners;•Design and deliver training to employees in accordance with cooperation standards;2. Loyalty Management and Other Duties•Update the rules of points accrual and the content of member handbook and the Loyalty website;•Engage with the team on points fraud prevention matters; •Act as Juneyao Air Customer Experience officer to experience the flow of service and advice related departments;•Conduct marketing research on international destinations;•Perform other duties as assigned.
