The infrastructure affects all users of Gothenburg citiy's users. The project was initiated in 2017 and have changed appearance (scope creep) several times. Also the requirements are not documented, which is a challenge.The main user groups are- Employees ~55.000- Pupils ~100.000- Other ~5.000The project is currently ongoing and will be launched within short.Within the boundaries of the project, I'm working to implement a way of working, which secures the doucumentation of the requirements. -

Senior Product ManagerAutomotive Dec 2017 - Dec 2019Data Management solution for Big Data and Autonomous Driving Cars, Agile Program ManagerProgram manager for building a Data Management solution to keep track of development data for validating Autonomous Driving Cars functionality. Project was a shared project between two automotive companies.Challenge: Build trust between companies (three earlier initiatives was closed). My role was to build a joint agile product to develop the solution, meaning my role was shared 50/50 between the companies. Approach was to go agile and align with the cadence in both companies, since this is a R&D project with changing requirements. I structured the project according to SAFe and have had the role as Product Manager with 4 direct teams of 22 persons. The solution went to production in January 2019 and is now evolving to be one major strategic component in developing AD/ADAS software, by reducing time to market. Project was closed December 2019 and handed over to maintenance.Key activities- Define solution architecture and secure maintainability over time including roadmap, vision and backlog- Setup agile organisation in the middle of two companies, but that is still synchronized with both companies' cadence- Secured quality by automated testing- Secure speed to market by supporting Continuous Development and Continuous Implementation- Stakeholder management in both companies
