I believe in the power of data to transform the way businesses are managed and my passion is working with teams to define the processes and track the metrics that will improve performance. I use this approach because, in addition to delivering productivity and quality gains, KPI-based systems create a less stressful, objectively evaluated workplace in which every individual can be successful.My career started in retail, where I became fascinated by how sales data drove business decisions at every level. I later joined Response Analysis, “the researchers’ research company,” where I worked with many different clients to define and resolve business problems with analytics. After developing and launching several large-scale, highly operational projects, I was given the opportunity to lead the development of an integrated online platform to collect, analyze, and report on data. This exposure to the transformative nature of enterprise applications led to senior leadership positions at several market research and healthcare firms, including Informed Medical Communications and Providence Health System, where I focused on developing platforms and building teams to deliver efficient and continuously improving operational performance.In the current phase of my career, I’m pleased to have the opportunity to work with an organization that serves my local community. After many years of traveling extensively to manage large-scale national and international programs, I’m now focused on making a difference in my own backyard.
