As IBM GCG Agile DevOps CoE Agile coach, I primarily serve an Australian Insurance company, to improve Agile maturity for offshore development center (250+ IBM engineers). I’m responsible for Automation testing of DLS product Installation. Create automation script for Install test cases, execute test cases for each build, and triage the test failures, finally send out the automation report. To improve working efficiency, I developed some in-house tools, and use VHD to replace Ghost, it reduced 70% provisioning time. I refactored the legacy code to make it fully data driven, isolate test action and implementation, which reduced 3000 lines of code. And introduced model based testing to automation case generation. As a scrum master of Automation tools and VCS Team, I work with the team to accomplish agile transformation, schedule and lead Sprint Planning/Review, Daily Standups and various other team meetings, help them continuously get benefit from agile adoption.
