I joined SpenglerFox in 2010 as the Regional Director for DACH and CEE, and since then, I have taken on increasing responsibilities and challenges, overseeing Global Operations, leading the firm's Management Buyout, and setting its strategic direction.I have over 27 years of experience in Executive Search and have delivered assignments across all of SpenglerFox's practice groups, with a focus on Private Equity and Executive Interim Management. I am passionate about helping our clients achieve their business goals by providing them with agile and innovative solutions that match their needs and culture. I hold a degree in Banking and studied International Business and law at the Goethe University of Frankfurt and the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany.
