In this role I've been the appointed site manager (Leiter des Betriebes) for a site of 60 - 70 employees. My responsibilities included EH&S, Compliance, Data Protection and Employer's representation according to German Works Council Constitution Act (Betriebsverfassungsgesetz). During the pandemic of COVID-19 the priority was to implement all necessary employee safety measures while ensuring productivity and motivation. In preparation of the "New normal", the period following the pandemic, I facilitated the transformation of our workspaces in order to bring employees back into the office in order to enabling hybrid working models, fostering collaboration and supporting team building in a resourceful way.

In this role I built up and led (functionally and disciplinary) a cross-functional team of 4 product and marketing managers. I transformed a pre-existing project-oriented portfolio into a standardized product portfolio with a focus on quality, availability and transparency.
