About Dr. Jens Hermes
Chemiker, Coach und Naturschützer ... geht nicht? Doch das geht. Hier ein kurzer Abriss von dem, was ich in den letzten Jahren so getrieben habe:🌎 Während meiner Doktorarbeit (in Chemie) habe ich mich für nachhaltige Ernährung an der Uni Mensa eingesetzt und bin damit in der Schweizer Presse bekannt geworden.🍔 Nach der Doktorarbeit habe ich Captain Plant gegründet, um Fast Food gesünder und nachhaltiger zu machen. Leider gibt es Captain Plant heute nicht mehr.💪 Dann war ich eine Zeit lang etwas ruhiger und habe mich von der intensiven Zeit erholt (leider auch Burn-Out).💡 Ich fing an, mehr und mehr Menschen im Coaching und bei Seminaren zu begleiten und habe mich auch selbst entsprechend weitergebildet. Daraus habe ich eine Coaching Formel und ein System erarbeitet.🌳 2021 habe ich Aktion Baum mit meinem Bruder und anderen Freunden gegründet.🎤 Ich habe es auf die GedankenTanken Bühne (Online) geschafft und meinen YouTube Kanal gestartet.Ihr wollt mehr erfahren, dann folgt mir auf Instagram oder schreibt mir eine E-Mail. >> jens@jenshermes.com
